Pose lengths: An Arts Benicia Figure Drawing session is a classical academic nude atelier, normally starting with 10 two-minute poses, then five, then 2 ten-minute poses, and finishing with a succession of twenty-minute poses. Models take a break after every 20 minutes of posing. The posing routine can change if agreed upon by all attendees.
Models: No photos of models are allowed. Cell phones are not to be answered or brandished in the drawing studio.
Art Materials: All dry media are acceptable as well as ink and acrylic; odorless solvents only with oil paints.
Clean Up: Artists should put away their furniture and pack up all their personal art materials.
