Class Description: In this workshop, we will use the creative process of collage to explore our feelings and experiences of grief and generate the process of healing. Responding through art to questions such as: What does your grief look like? What was your life like before the loss? What are you good at? What does the future look like? will help to make meaning out of painful feelings. We take control by choosing the words, images, and colors for our unique collage booklet to express ourselves and advance our healing.

Ninette Larson, L.M.F.T., has 35 years of experience specializing in grief counseling with individuals, families, Hospice groups, public schools, and organizations. Ninette is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and an artist, best known for her collage work.
