Tap Roots is concurrent with the 2022 conference of NCECA, the National Council on Education for the Ceramic Arts. This joint exhibition is produced by Arts Benicia and the Epperson Gallery of Ceramic Arts, coordinated by Suzanne Long, Lisa Reinertson, Lordy Rodriguez and Celeste Smeland. The exhibition includes works by 60 ceramic artist-teachers, selected for the strength of their artwork and the impact of their influence on the ceramics movement through teaching and mentoring.
