Adult Education Class Proposal

Thank you for submitting a proposal for Arts Benicia’s adult and teen art education program. We hope that you will want to partner with us to bring creative learning opportunities to our community.

A complete proposal includes:

1. A complete Class Proposal form (instructions included on form)
2. A signed Adult Education Policy statement. Please read, sign, and date the policy statement and send to celeste@artsbenicia.org
3. Photo of instructor (headshot, jpeg) sent to celeste@artsbenicia.org as attachment to email.
4. Image (jpeg) of artwork sample sent to celeste@artsbenicia.org as attachment to email.
