Arts Benicia is excited to announce the 21st Arts Benicia Annual Benefit Art Auction, held on September 21.
Every September, art lovers and collectors from all over the Bay Area attend Benicia’s premier art event: Art Benicia’s Benefit Art Auction! Now in its 21st year, the evening will feature Steve Gizzi as our auctioneer. Join Arts Benicia for an exciting evening of art, food, drinks and fun.
Once again the auction will be held in the historic Clock Tower; we will be serving a selection of delicious First St. Cafe hors d’oeuvres to compliment signature cocktails provided by the Rellik Tavern, fine wines and beer. The evening will include our popular silent auction, live music, a complimentary photo booth by Michael Van Auken, and a live art auction that will keep guests on the edge of their seats. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy appetizers and peruse the selections of this year’s Silent Auction, which will close at 8:15 pm. BAIC multimedia will be providing tech support for a smooth check-out.
Tickets were $45 per person and $80 for couples.

The Annual Benefit Art Auction
The event will begin at 6:30, September 21, at the Clock Tower, 1189 Washington Street, Benicia. We will be serving a selection of delicious hors d’oeuvres from the First Street Cafe to compliment signature cocktails provided by our generous sponsor The Rellik Tavern, in addition to fine wines and beer. This exciting evening will include our popular silent auction, live music, a complimentary photo booth by Michael Van Auken, and a live art auction that will keep guests on the edge of their seats. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy appetizers and peruse the selections of the Silent Auction. Our member artists have donated some exceptional work this year, so don’t miss out.
All proceeds support Arts Benicia’s exhibitions, educational initiatives and public programs.

2-Tickets (Couples) $80
Drink Tickets $5 each (sold in $5 increments)
- 1/2 ticket ($2.50 value) = 1 non-alcoholic beverage
- 1 ticket ($5.00 value) = 1 beer or 1 glass of wine
- 2 tickets ($10 value)= 1 signature cocktail or 1 glass of premium wine
- Please bring your photo I.D. with you
Deadline for advanced ticket sales is noon, Friday, September 20th.
Online ticket purchasing is closed. If you bought your tickets ahead of time, but did not R.S.V.P. your guest, please arrive a little early so we have time to get you and your guests checked in.
Tickets are being held under the name of the purchaser, donor artists names, and sponsor names at check-in.
Drink tickets purchased the night of the event, may be done inside the Auction event, upstairs, after check-in.
