Benicia CAC and Arts Benicia Announce First Fundraiser: Last July a partnership was formed between Arts Benicia and the Benicia Community Action Council with plans to work together to generate support for their respective missions in the community. These two organizations are now extremely pleased to announce their first-ever joint fundraiser.
The fundraiser will feature a home-cooked chili dinner (meat or vegetarian) dessert and cornbread, to be purchased in advance and picked up on Saturday, March 23rd between 1:00 and 4:00 p.m. at the BCAC office at 480 Military East. The cost is $55.00 for each meal and includes a unique ceramic bowl created by a local artist.
