Class Description: In this hands-on youth crochet class, students will learn the foundations of crochet in a supportive and creative environment. We’ll begin with the basics—understanding different fibers and yarn weights, how they relate to crochet hook sizes, and how these choices affect texture, tension, and overall pattern results. Students will practice essential crochet stitches, learn how to read simple patterns, and explore a variety of project possibilities. As students build confidence in their skills, they will be encouraged to choose a project that excites them. Each student will receive individual guidance and support as they move from practice to creation, learning at their own pace. This class emphasizes patience, problem-solving, and creative exploration, making it perfect for beginners or students with some prior experience who want to deepen their understanding of crochet.“
