About the Juror + Juror’s Statement

Tattoos play an important role in shaping human culture by visually expressing a culture, defining and refining identities, and more importantly, providing a language to aid in self-expression. Tattoos have been a subject of taboo, badges of honor, a sign of defiance, a tribute, and even a reminder of a personal event.
